"First of all, it was super hard to get my daughter scheduled to be seen. First, they offered the service but not for my daughters age group. Then they didn’t have anyone available. Then got a call saying they had someone but only on Wednesday’s. Appointment date finally comes around and everything went well. However, my daughter was dropped after her first appointment. The date of her second appointment Gloria messaged me saying she had a migraine. That she would re-schedule my daughter for Monday same time. Monday came around, same thing. Needed to head out of town, had an emergency would let me know when she’s back. Mind you, this was back in November and December 2023 and to this date I have not heard from her except for a $150 for a “no show”. I messaged the therapist (Gloria) and haven’t received a response from her. Called billing and they said “that’s what the therapist wrote”. They claim they will message her to reach out to me. Update: Received a reply stating the charge was a billing error."
