"As a family, we do not recommend this facility to anyone considering physical therapy. They are very unprofessional. My grandmother attended this location for a few months.. she is a senior citizen who is disabled and benefitted from the services here. Yesterday, on backing out of the parking lot after her session (from which she was exhausted) she accidentally and unknowingly backed into the car behind her. She has a lift attached for her scooter and it typically will make noise so thinking nothing of it she kept driving. This is when she received a nasty call from the receptionist Angelica who 1. Got her contact information from her file which shouldn’t be accessed for anything other than business related information and 2. Proceeded to yell and cuss at my grandmother. My grandmother was completely apologetic and compliant and gave her all the insurance information she needed to make a claim. This was not enough for the young lady who continued to disrespect my elderly grandmother. After speaking with the director, Christina, who defended the employee the whole time and did not mention anything about coaching or any disciplinary action toward the young woman nor apologized on her behalf. My grandmother reached out multiple times to see if the young lady got everything taken care of with the insurance and was responded to with rudeness every time. She suffered from severe anxiety from this encounter and we hope to never experience anything like this again."
