"I’ve had my initial visit with Amber. I was really impressed how she went step by step on my ability today and why it is important for my future ability after surgery. We went through a series of exercises & she explained everything. She did say everything surgery is different, but she was doing a full evaluation so we both would be prepared for what was to come. She went through basic exercises I could do after my surgery before our first visit after my surgery. She gave me all her contact information so I could call her if I had any questions. Most of all, she told me, keep moving, from today to the day of my surgery, it will help with the healing process. I greatly appreciate her. I look forward to working with her through out my recovery. I will repost in a few months after my surgery, recovery, & rehabilitation."
