"We had problems with another daycare in Peoria and after some research decided upon Little Oaks. We've been at Little Oaks since 2017 (writing this in 2021) and have now had 2 kids attend. I can only compare to our one previous daycare, but it's like night and day. Little Oaks has gone above and beyond for my children - they've learned so much and are always extremely ahead of milestone checklists at wellness child checkups. The staff is amazing - zero issues with any of them. We actually pay less than the previous daycare mentioned. My kids look forward to attending every day. I can't say enough good things about Little Oaks!"

"This place is dishonest. My husband and I paid the $75.00 nonrefundable registration and place holder fee plus the first week of childcare for our infant daughter. When we informed them a week later we would not need to hold the spot any longer we had found other care they refused to give back the first week's charge. They told us we would simply have 1 week of daycare that we could use at any time. I told them I had no interest in that and obviously, they could keep the $75.00 for the deposit to hold the spot, but to keep the first week as well is theft. On top of all of that they never provided a receipt until I reached out for one; poor business practices to say the least."
