"If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had two movers show up in an Enterprise truck without calling first and were very unprofessional and rude. They did not introduce themselves, barely spoke to me, would whisper to each other, and then disappear for long stretches of time. I even watched one sit on my furniture to rest and called to see if we could speed it up. The person on the phone was very defensive and rude and not helpful. They ended up cornering me in an elevator when I was alone and confronted me about calling their manager. Absolutely not acceptable behavior as I felt trapped and unsafe. It took two movers 3 hours to pack my 1 bedroom up and then another 1.5 hours to unload. My friend and I ended up helping unload the truck or it would have taken another 3 hours. I don't understand the point of movers if I have to end up moving the boxes myself because they're just sitting around. Not to mention they scratched my dining table since they didn't wrap it, and lost a piece to a shelf and just shrugged it off. They fully take advantage of the hourly rate, took the longest routes possible and would move one single box on a dolly at a time. I know every mover is different so I may just have gotten unlucky with the movers I got. But whomever I spoke to on the phone should absolutely learn customer service skills. Would not recommend Legion Movers, I was very shocked by such a reputable company."

"It took 5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment. The first 2 hours they moved quickly. Then they slowed to a snails pace. Movers didn't have tools to take apart the bed. They used my own personal shrink wrap when they ran out and then tried to charge us for big boxes they used to contain smaller boxes we packed. (Boxes were supposed to be free) One mover kept disappearing. I wound up taking apart the bed and helping the move because they were taking entirely too long. It was a horrible experience. They took full advantage of their hourly rate. Stretching a small 1 bedroom move to 5hrs is robbery."

When we arrived at my new home, the team worked just as quickly and efficiently to unload everything and get it into the right rooms. "This was my first time hiring movers after numerous moves and they were excellent. I was able to get an up front quote over the phone that was affordable, especially for moving two cities away, and very good options for days to move within a week during the holidays. Day of, movers Dil and Ivan texted ETA notice and upon arrival. They were very courteous, professional, efficient and careful. They brought all supplies, spare boxes, tape, moving blankets, plastic wrap, dollies, movers, etc. It was impressive how prepared and smooth of a working team they were. To my surprise they carefully wrapped of their own accord all items such as mattresses, electronics, large shelving and leather chairs. They also helped me pack additional remaining items during the move window. During the trip I observed them skillfully driving the 26' truck very carefully, so I knew things were not getting damaged en route. At the destination I was pleasantly surprised they were experts for spiral staircases. All in all, nothing was damaged, everything was very professional, thorough, came prepared, demonstrated cooperative teamwork, did not complain or mumble, and had me moved in about 3 hours or so not including long distance drive time. They unwrapped the wrapped or moving blanket items, and took any trash from moving with them. We were asked to sign off after inspecting the delivered and placed items and checking to truck to be sure nothing missed or missing. This was by far a very smooth, positive experience and my husband especially would like to use them again in the future. Great job Legion Movers!"
