"Initially talked to someone about grooming and nail trim. They mentioned they won't take badly behaved dogs so we brought her in because it would be the dog's first time at the groomer. The dog is cautious of people but isn't badly behaved or fractious, just nervous. I bring my dog in for a bath and nail trim. Dog shows signs of being nervous once the lady starts taking a look at her. She tells us the price will be higher than what she quoted on the phone due to the dogs nervousness, so we decide to only do nails. As the groomer starts doing nails, the owner/manager goes on a tangent about how the dog isn't trained and needs to be trained. The dog is a hyper active german/pit mix and knows commands but is incredibly cautious around strangers. Rude comments about how she needed to be controlled and how she doesn't look like a german shepherd continue. We were really only there for a nail trim and got a ton of unsolicited opinions on what's wrong with our dog from the manager/owner despite her being just scared and trying to move away from the women trimming her. The whole time the dog was muzzled because of her barking and we got a ton of opinions about the muzzle we used. Being a vet tech, I understand not being comfortable handling certain animals. If you aren't comfortable with the dog or incapable of handling it, let me know I will find somewhere else. I don't see why anyone would think these comments are appropriate or wanted. Nail trim went okayish because the actual lady trimming them was nice, despite them quicking her nail (dog has black nails) so it's not always easy to see it. Thank you to the actual groomer who maintained some professionalism and helped us."

"I've been taking Molly, my miniature Goldendoodle, to All Paws since she was a puppy. Margie, Lou Ann, and Myra are all dog lovers and do an excellent job caring for and grooming Molly. I am always satisfied with the job they do and Molly seems to be very comfortable while she is there.
