"Horrible customer service! I took my 11 month old Goldendoodles in to get groomed and was told that they could not take him because the husky dog was barking and it gave the other dogs anxiety. Donna isn’t experienced to handle a goldendoode she should find another job."

"The grooming department and management are HORRIBLE! I had to wait for someone to come out after waiting several minutes for my dog’s grooming appointment and they say that I was too late! The girl finally came over saying we can reschedule and wouldn’t answer my questions went back to talk the groomer and came back out still wouldn’t answer my questions of why and what is too late so I got the manager and it took him 15 minutes or more just to explain what she could’ve said in 1 smh. My point is I got turned away for no reason other than them wanting to not do their job. My dog’s appointment was at 4:15pm and I was late but within the 15 minute mark but since no one was at the desk and I waited for a someone they counted time against me and refused service! Not fair and I will not return because I’ve always had to wait a long time for someone to come over every time I go and this was the last"

"Ordered some dog food for my puppy and was easy and convenient. Was super easy to just go in and pick up. The young lady was very professional, she asked me what I was picking up and I told her and she didn't hesitate to go and get it for me. So I will definitely ordering my dog food from this petco.
