"Terrible and rude service no one wears masks at all When I addressed this the employee said get out of my store or I will call the police I talked to the owner he didn't seem concerned at all of how his employee treated me He said I should not be upset about this Life is to short. Still waiting for the district mgr to call me"

"Terrible, This new guy(I don’t know if he is) doesn’t know how to put his mask correctly. When I approached the cash register, I payed my stuff , then I ask him for a bag and he throws it at my slushee on top and then left to the back I had to put everything in the bag myself (I know it’s not hard to do it myself but that’s disrespectful just to leave ) ."

"I go to this 7/11 frequently however they hired a new man who works night time and barely talks. I went in to grab a few snacks and when I approached the counter he did not speak a single word to me. He tried to charge me $27 for stuff that should have totaled to $12. I understand people make mistakes however I believe he meant to make the mistake. As if he was trying to make an extra $15 off me. When I asked what the extra $15 was for he simply said "okay" and fixed it. He knew what he was doing. Hopefully management deals with it."

"ZERO STARS! The people that manage this place are absolute human garbage. Out of desperation and because the phone store next door was sold out, I bought an iPhone charger for $25 that had 7-Eleven printed on it, plain as day. It doesn't work and I simply wanted to exchange it for a new one. It's been a few weeks so I don't have the receipt and the manager refused to exchange it saying to me that I could have just grabbed it without paying for it and walked around the store and try to exchange it? Literally, that's the case he made. Basically said I could be a theif. Makes absolutely no sense why I would steal something to with 7-Elevens name on it and exchange it for the same charger, for what? What would I gain from exchanging a 7-Eleven charger other than one that works because that's what I paid for!? Complete imbeciles that have no business doing business with anyone! Avoid this place at all costs."
