Notably, the presence of numerous typos and grammatical errors in the company's offer and form made me cautious about their professionalism. Despite these minor issues, I proceeded based on the positive feedback from several other 5-star reviews. Shiply deducted a fee exceeding $200 from the offer, leading to my eventual interaction with the company and the secured driver. This particular company charged a reasonable service fee of approximately $185 after tax and the driver agreed to a similarly fair service fee of $400. Communication from the company was consistently effective, even in instances where I faced challenges communicating with the driver due to language differences. It's noteworthy that English was not the driver's first language. Every commitment made by the company was honored to the fullest. They assured me of securing a driver within 1-5 days from my initial availability date, and they delivered on this promise. Despite potential delays attributed to weather conditions, the driver remained committed to delivering on the agreed-upon day, even if it meant a late-night delivery near midnight. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and eagerly anticipate utilizing their services again in the future."
