I thoroughly enjoyed working as a clinician at Mindworks. The support and leadership is consistent and outstanding. Unlike any other job that I have had, leadership and clinicians work together to cultivate an awesome work environment."

"I do not recommend this practice. My son developed other behaviors after coming here and the therapist treated him as if he did not matter. Dana. She made him learn to trust her then pulled a shady move over a fee, she turned him away because there was a, "miscommunication", over a $100 fee she wanted to assess to my account. The practiced ended up waiving this fee. He was so upset after watching her turn him away, he had a horrible day at school that day. She needs help and to stay away from the idea of helping children with their mental health. I tried to provide this info to her manager for weeks, no return calls. I called and left voicemails and messages to her supervisor everyday for two weeks straight. Still no call back. They do not care."

"When you first enter the front desk staff is your first impression and they lack that warmth right when you enter the office. Why are they hiding behind the desk and have to ring a bell to get acknowledgment?? This must change. If you are entering a center for counseling and therapy it should have a warm feel as soon as you enter. It’s as if they don’t want to be bothered. I sit and watch how this is something almost all clients walking in seem upset about."

"Victoria Hernandez was very nice for medication management but we were never told she could not prescribe stimulants for adhd. We were only told that later on and it took weeks to get referred to the MD that could prescribe after non stimulants did not work. Appointment with Victoria Hernandez cancelled and we were never told. She was prompt with calling in prescriptions and responsive to questions. The Callaghan front office clerk seems visibly annoyed/tired, and after seeing dr neupaney last Friday our RX was never called in. So far not the best experience"
