"At the time of writing, this was the best company I ever worked for. I spoke too soon. I spent almost two years with STI. I was also a hard worker running at least 2000 miles a week, when we actually had jobs going out. When I first started, they told me that hard workers make 90K a year while people that don’t work as hard won’t make less than 60K a year. My first year I made $26,687.77 My second year only $17,962.29 I don’t know how these people stay in business let alone drop $4M down on 16 brand new trucks when they can’t even pay their drivers properly. The people are very nice. Benita, Duane, Gerald are all wonderful people. Brian is a little rough around the edges but he’s a good man. And Willis, while I didn’t spend much time talking to him, seems like he’s a nice guy. I just don’t think good business practice is used here, especially when they tell you you’ll make a certain amount and you don’t even hit 50% of the minimum amount they said you’d make. If you know what’s good for you, you won’t work for this company. I really would have expected better from a company that’s been operating for 30+ years."
