"Terrible company. They take on shipments that they are incapable of delivering because they do not have the right equipment. Worst, they don't tell you or Home Depot that they cannot deliver. They leave you hanging with no updates, yet their website gives a window of delivery. Such a horrible company. Horrible Management . Very indicative of the owner(s) incredibly poor leadership."

"Terrible service, worse customer service. They only delivered one of the two pallets of the product that I was supposed to get. When I called the driver he said he would let his manager know and call me when he had the rest in his truck. I called a few times in different days and he said he still didn’t have them. When I called the company they said they delivered everything on the first delivery and said somebody probably stole it, even when I had personally received the pallet. When I asked to speak with a manager he said he was the manager and when I asked for his name he refused and then hung up and never answered again. So as they said, somebody stole the rest of my product and it was AAA Cooper Transportation. Stay away from this company, I know I won’t be using them anymore"

"If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would definitely do so. I had ordered a shipment of 3 pallets from Home Depot, all flooring & this was the company in charge of delivering it to my house. I have been following the tracking number provided and my shipment took more than 2 weeks to deliver. Not only did they NOT deliver it to my house, they ended up delivering it to Home Depot instead. The ticket and receipt clearly state to deliver to my address but since they were super late on the shipment they decided they would take it elsewhere. Does this make any sense??? Apparently to them (& only them) it does. This is the second time this company has made a mistake on an order of mine. Stay away from this company if you want your things delivered on time & intact. I will DEFINITELY NEVER use them or request to never use them for as long as I can. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AAA COOPER!!!"
