"Place an order with them to pick a pallet. Item was in storage systems with plenty of space for truck and previously we had multiple truck pickup. They cancel the order and did not had courtesy to call and inform. Waited for 4 hours then call dispatch to discover that they will not pickup from storage system."

"Drivers are lazy and are "no-shows" 70% of the time, 15% of the time they refuse pickup because their trailer is already full and 15% of the time they refuse because they "don't want to pick it up" as a driver told me. We will never use them again."

"I think they want you to load their truck for them. Item was on a pallet just a couple feet inside a parking garage. Perfectly flat concrete, excellent place to leave an item while waiting for it to be picked up. They refused to take a palate jack "into a building" and wouldn't let me do it, then when I said I would move it out myself, he just drove off."

"Highly recommend avoiding this company. They called to confirm delivery three days in a row and missed the first two days. I did not receive any calls on these days and had to phone their office to find out what was going on. On the third day they promised to show up at 8am since I had a conflict later in the morning/afternoon. At 9:30 I still had not heard anything, called again and found out the delivery was delayed again. Four follow-up calls later we rescheduled again for the afternoon. Boxes arrived with a lot of external damage. Fortunately the goods were very well packed and the serious box wounds were not in critical areas. The driver also told us the boxes had been at the warehouse for 2 weeks prior to delivery (these were goods coming from China). The only redeeming quality is the people on the phone and the driver were nice, but that hardly makes up for the horrible service."
