"Gambuti was very knowledgeable and comforting. I really enjoyed talking with him. However, I refuse to go back to his office because his front office staff is rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I tried to schedule additional appointments and the front office ladies were disconcerting and demeaning. I will never use his services again because of his office staff. I pity anyone who has to deal with them."

"Mr. Gambuti is the therapist at Fortitude Psychotherapy. He sees my children whenever they need to talk to someone and I've seen him several times as well. He makes you feel very at ease from the beginning. He isn't one of these therapist that asks "And how does that make you feel?" He actually talks to you about what you're going through and gives you coping mechanisms to handle it. If he feels that you need medication, then he will either refer you to his office mate, or tell you to go to your family physician and help you get whatever medications you need. (ie antidepressants, medication for anxiety/panic attacks, etc.) Olga, his receptionist, is so sweet and caring. She handles all the insurance, payments and scheduling as well as doctor's notes if the kids miss school. She runs a tight ship. I've never had any issues getting an appointment when needed. Gambuti makes himself for emergencies as well. We had a major issue once and he spent 30 minutes on the phone with us. I've emailed him a number of times and he usually responds within an hour. If you ever need someone to talk to, or if your children need a therapist, Mr. Gambuti could be the perfect fit for you."
