"Was told my package was attempted to be delivered today we have been here all day waiting for this package I have cameras and no one tried to deliver....no tag was left on my front door. I called and they said it was scheduled to be redelivered for Monday. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable and I will be reporting to corporate to get this handled."

"Driver said we refused our package and rescheduled the delivery. The driver never showed up the first time and there was no delivery notice left at my home. Tried calling multiple times with no results. The customer service people escalated, filled a report, and promise return calls. They said my package is at this location but it can not be released. They also can not tell me when it will be delivered. Second phone call today and they do not know where my package is now."

"They haven’t delivered a single package to me on the originally scheduled date in months. Most recently they failed to deliver Saturday even though the extra service was paid for. They scanned the package out for delivery today, Monday, and then 3 hours later marked it as a weather delay (I’m located a few miles away and the weather is fine) and rescheduled for tomorrow. I’ve already accepted that my son likely won’t get his Halloween costume in time for Halloween but I wish places online would let you choose which parcel service theyship your order with. I would never choose FedEx. This local hub is worse than any other one I’ve dealt with. Hugely disappointing."

"Said they tried to drop my package off they never came to my door or left a note. I called and they said I could just come and pick it up from the fedex building drive an hour and a half. When I get here they tell me they do not have my package."

"The exact same problem as everyone else. None of my packages be delivered to me which is carried by this location-Kyle FedEx. I can’t control which shipping carrier the shipper will be using. If I can, will definitely make sure nothing pass thru here. Evidence pictures is Not even showing my front door, they’re a group of cheaters and thieves. This time they delayed the delivery again over again, the sign of lost package once again. No buddy from FedEx listens, Stay away from them!!!!!!!"
