She helped me walk through what is triggering it, talked about past traumas that have caused the anxiety/panic to develop and how to deal with them. Def understanding what triggers you and how to handle it once u feel an attack coming helped a lot. I saw her for about 3 months and would go back if I needed to. Def recommend"
