"Delivered 2 pallets of computer monitors halfway across the city of Houston. No one answers the damn phone when you try to reach out to them. Also, no phone numbers available on their actual website; they clearly don't want people following up with them regarding complaints."

"Sat on hold for over two hours, three times to report a traffic collision caused by Ceva Ground's driver and the phone was never picked up, also disconnected from me 5 times. I tried every option the telephone greeting offered. Would like some immediate assistance. Thank you. **I have only marked one star because the system requires that I do in order to leave a review.**"

"ZERO STARS for terrible customer service and 4 no call no show "deliveries". I missed days of work waiting for my package because you HAVE to sign to receive the package. Can't get anyone on the phone- it just goes to a voicemail or the call just abruptly ends. I never received any calls or emails for any updates. The two times out of 13739358 calls that I actually got representatives on the phone, they had no clue what they were talking about and ultimately said my package was lost. RIDICULOUS. TERRIBLE COMPANY. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS."

"Booked load with Gino C. day before with 7pm pick up (and I told him my trk will be empty in the morning). Load was canceled next day @3pm (local time for pick up) via email while I was on lunch (so I’ve seen it 45min later). And of course no truck order not used per Chrystal W. As I see I’m not first who’s writing thing like this (and believe me much more not doing it), so think twice, maybe you should keep your truck posted (but book their load for sure;)"

"Most unprofessional company to work for. I was team drivers with my husband. Lasted a few months. Load planners and dispatch don't have a clue about what they are supposed to do. Telephone manner is the rudest I have ever experienced in the industry. Everyone in every department rude. FM and others keep telling us we don't know how it works, nor would they share their insight so we could know..... Don't bother leaving messages regarding your pay, they steel money out of your pocket for benefits, yet when you try to use those benefits they never received the money Ceva was supposed to send them. That's why you should stay away from these..... Well I can't use that kind of language. We are still waiting for a return phone call from weeks ago. Even sent emails. They can't be bothered to answer them either."
