Blue Light Therapies

"Spoke to Hannah and did a tour. Was told there was openings and we got the ball rolling. Loved this place and was excited for my son to start. My son had his evaluation done and insurance cleared as this is what was needed for my son to start. There was no waitlist and Hannah said once insurance clears my son, he is good to start. We even got a letter from our insurance company stating my son was cleared to start ABA soon after his evaluation. weeks went by and no word from Hannah. My significant other called to see what was going on, and was told that they were ordering desks and other things and that he would let hannah know to call us back. Never got a call back. We were cleared for my son to start in October. It’s now December and never heard back. It’s truly sad as it is already a struggle finding a center for children with autism and getting things cleared etc. We luckily will be starting my son at a new center but, my son missed out on getting two months of therapy from us being ghosted. Just wanted to share my story as I was quite disappointed. If things were not in order, it should of been mentioned in our many emails and in person conversations. It was just unprofessional on their part. Update: To respond to owner, and to clarify for anyone who will be viewing. I was not upset due to a wait time. My issue came from being told there was not a wait time and that my son will start at this date, to not hearing from anyone for weeks. My issue was from lack of organization from blue lights, as Hannah let me know someone dropped the ball on informing us that my son could not start as originally discussed after I left my review. We know that with ABA there will be wait times which i’m okay with. I just like being communicated with if there is any changes instead of hearing from no one. Thank you for your response however, and I wish you all luck and hope other children’s experiences will be better than mines."

"Great therapy for kids with Autism. Our son started there few months back, and he has made tremendous improvement. He had virtually no pragmatic or social skills and would hardly be able to ask for even the simplest of things. He now can frame legible sentences and also started pointing at objects and is making leaps in trying to make conversations with other kids and his family. Hannah and her staff have been amazing and extremely helpful from the very first day of our visit, this place is the best for ABA therapies for kids. This place has been a blessing for our family.
