"I been living 5 years in palatine..i been loyal to this liquor store ever since i moved here...i buy liquor here at least twice a week..today will be my LAST...just recently since new employee or owner started working in the afternoons as the cashier,my experiences have been bad...bad customers service..no smile,no hi,no nothing and no thank you and a serious rude look not to only me but to the rest of customers from what i see.....you guys must understand that in this industry now in days customer service is very important.......very disappointed...will not be back to buy here againg...by the way its own by few partners..one of then is a very kind friendly guy..i dont see him no more because he works morning shift i believe..because of him i was faithful to this store...but today i had it...rude and poor customer service......"

"Require a purchase of $15 or more to purchase a $20 six pack of beer called Zombie Dust. So if you want this beer be prepared to spend a minimum of $35. I dont think I have ever been to a place that would rather see a potential customer walk out without spending a dime than to allow them to make a purchase. Terrible buisness model. Just go to binnys or the liquor store up the road next to Papa Johns."

"Very friendly, acknowledges you while in the store. Good selection, especially for a whiskey drinker they carry all brands of Jack Daniels which some can be hard to find. Can't give them 5 stars because common with other liquor stores they are always more expensive, but if you don't want to drive far this will do it."
