"I honestly don’t know where to start with this place. It’s literally heaven sent. The way the staff cares about your child is unbelievable. We relocated from out of state and the process was quick smooth. They provide sooo much details and information. It was never a time where I was confused. Nice clean environment. My son has been attending for about 3 weeks and already showing signs of progress. They know exactly what they’re doing !!! Highly recommended 10/10"
"ABC Lewisville has been amazing! Lets start with Heather (receptionist). It’s because of her follow-up, people skills and attentiveness that we are now part of their community. I cant say enough kind words about her. she held me accountable and helped me to see the value in their processes. Heather is the type of employee that every employer needs in order to scale their business. Lisa, is hands down one of the most resourceful office managers i have ever interacted with. I love how she is active with her staff and the kiddos! Its not everyday you witness an office manager on the floor engaging and not just in their office. My son is 3 years old and nonverbal. Well i should say he “was” nonverbal! Which brings me to the clinical staff. I want to cry when i think about Darcy and her team. This is the first center/school out of 5 where my son has not cried once when dropping him off. He is excited to get dressed in the morning and he literally runs to the door to meet Alyssa Jackie or Lily. In less than 6 weeks, there has been about a 90% decrease in tantrums at home, Micah is communicating through sign, he now responds to his name, he hugs and interacts with the other kiddos! Historically, he never did those actions. I dont know, its like he's been awaken, lol!!! Accountability as a parent plays a huge part in progress. Im so thankful for the monthly meetings with Clinical leadership. We talk about any roadblocks, progress, behavior comparisons at home vs school and goals for the upcoming months. The best part about monthly meetings is the reassurance that the entire staff is loving on my baby in a safe environment as they challenge him outside of his comfort zone. Im impressed with their technology and approach to learning more about the various behaviors attached to kiddos living on the spectrum!!! If you read through this entire review, clearly you should take the next step and position your kiddo for greatness by taking advantage of the opportunity ABC extends to families like yours and mine!!!"
"Very happy with ABC and all the therapists. They are all so sweet and nice, always willing to help in any way they can. My son loves going to "School" everyday and loves his therapists so much. I Always leave with a peace of mind knowing they are taking good care of him and that as a parent is the most important thing. We are so lucky to be part of the Lewisville ABC family. I cannot recommend this place enough, absolutely happy with everyone here."
"ABC Lewisville has been a blessing for my son and our family! Every single person is incredibly kind and treat my son as their own. It’s a huge step to trust someone with your autistic child and this is one facility I can trust completely with my little boy. They have helped him grow and communicate in exceptional ways. I promise you will not be disappointed with this ABA therapy facility! We love ABC and more importantly my son LOVES it!"
"We came to ABC with an ASD diagnosis in hand getting started was fairly easy. We’ve been working with ABC for about a year, first in home and now in center for about a month or so. Toured the facility at N Gilbert it’s really cute, nice little gym area and outdoor space when appropriate. I’m very pleased with the progress we’ve seen since starting in center! Our BCBA is very involved with our case and the RBTs are friendly and knowledgeable. Front office staff is always great, super friendly and able to update how the day went overall. Kiddo is very excited to go to “school” they practically run to the door, excited to be at ABC! It’s comforting to drop them off and know they are in good hands."
