"Teachers and aide are very efficient and friendly, management particularly the director of the facility is a troubled person, not only does she speak to her employee harshly as if they were children but in present of other staff members she has no empathy with any of her good employees when when dealing with their work and passing through a very difficult situation. Employees are forced to either resign or she makes it difficult for hem so that they just pick up and leave. Seriously that woman has an issue and upper management should review her conduct."

"It once was a great daycare into the got new staff. MS D was great and the girls that was there where Awesome. Who they have running it now, good luck. I miss the old Rockford Day Nursery. Won't never take my kids here again. If you do be prepared to leave work early at least 3 times a week if not more from them calling to have you pick them up."

"I love this daycare. I worked here last year for a few months when there were different office staff. (director, assistant director, program coordinator)They treated us, the staff terrible and didn't care about the kids or families at all. They didn't value anyone and they lost so many staff because of it. I left because of that. I will say that the teacher's and teacher's assistants always do their job. I have always loved that the teacher's did so much with my children. Art projects and A LOT of learning activities. The staff is very hands on and it shows. They help a lot with my parenting wishes as well. They help discipline like I do and they help with potty training it is nice. All of my 3 children have attended from infant all the way to preschool. There have been a lot of changes in the past year but very good changes. I would go back and work there if I didn't already have a job. I absolutely love the new director Dee, she is very kind and has been since day one. I can always come to her with questions or concerns and she addresses them immediately. I always send people over to Rockford day through the years I have sent so many families because I truly love the daycare."

"I used to work here and my kids attended the daycare for a month. Don't even consider this place. Save yourself the trouble. The director likes to fire people then rehire the people she fired because she realizes she is short staffed. She doesn't know how to run a day care. DCFS guidelines aren't followed and they are notorious for falsifying documents. Bugs are everywhere. If you do a walk through, guarantee you will see them. They don't keep up their play grounds. The list goes one. Only writing this because a teacher wrote positive review but I feel like parents should know the truth."
