"10/15/23. Bus # 2358 Short Balding high-pitched voice man. I want to share my experience, I was traveling from matehuela to Houston, I've never used this bus before so I was hesitant, but the woman behind the counter was very kind and informative and really sold us on the ride, the first chauffer was very kind and drove normal , however we were given the seat by the emergency exit on the side and it wouldn't close properly, the entire trip it would be letting air in from the outside and making noise, and also the restroom in the back of the bus was absolutely disgusting and super unsanitary, no sink to wash hands and no sanitizer either. There were pieces of wet paper on the floor, and it was completely unacceptable. Once we arrived to the border, the chauffers switched and a small chubby bald man with a high pitched voice took the wheel , and he unloaded our luggage to pass through customs, once I get off the bus to retrieve my luggage I find it face down on the dirty cement, We pass through customs of the Nuevo Laredo location and it went smooth and fast , once we get back to the bus, he asked all the passengers to give him tip money because he didn't have a crew to help him with the luggages, and I obviously did not tip him because he threw our luggages on the floor , and since I didn't tip him. Once he dropped us off at the harwin location. He was rushing us to get out and telling us to get our own luggage deep within the cabin underneath the bus, and that's when we told him that we paid good money for the Chavez bus service and he finally crawled in under the bus to get our luggage. That short bald, high-pitched voice man had no shame or any sort of professionalism, and he's the reason we will not give out our business to Trasportes Chavez ever again."

"To be honest I loved the driver that was driving on the way back, not only did he regularly check up on us, but made sure we had what we need"

"I want to share my experience 2/6/2023. My trip back from SLP to the US. We boraded in houston main office and we paid to leave our car at there office lot. Our experience going was not like no other. When coming back from SLP main office they advised us we had to switch buses in Valle de arrista. Sometime after picking up in Matehuala (an hour had passed) the driver had stopped for a couple of minutes on the side road and then he turned back (going back to Matehuala) didn't care to notify us why (lack of communication). When we had left our car at there office (houston) we had advised we would arrive Monday morning. We felt it was more practical to leave our car so when we get to the office we could take off asap. Only to find out they left our car sorrounded by other vehicles and not able to get it out. This is really lack of customer service. We arrive at 7:25am and we still had to wait for someone to come move that truck. We were finally able to get our car out at 8:27am. We both had to call in to work we were going to be late. Very disappointed."

"The driver we had on 09/05/2022 was driving real fast coming back from the Mexican Border. He was going out of his lane and into oncoming vehicles. ( they were flashing their headlights) I was so scared that we were going to go off road and crash so I was wearing my seatbelt. Some of these drivers need to get training on the dangers of driving fast on these big vehicle's . (not to mention that they have 50 innocent pasageners in the vehicle.) I wont recommend them to my family or friends. My husband and I dont travel together any more . just incase."

"The drivers know what they're doing. The seats are comfortable although there isn't a lot of legroom. The temperature is comfortable. I wish they would build in a stop at the border for money exchange instead of leaving the passengers to the mercy of whatever guy boards the bus."
