"Was not surprised to see the poor reviews of this company. I’m not sure why any company would attach their name to them. I had a driver not deliver 4K worth of appliances on two consecutive occasions. The driver hung up on me and sent my calls to voicemail whenever I called back. I spoke with Lowe’s about it, they didn’t care. I called XPO customer service and the rep Myra gave me false promises about management reaching out which never happened. This company is absolutely awful."

"They didn’t even show up on my scheduled delivery date. I called them toward the end of the delivery window to ask if they were still coming. The rep said it wasn’t out for delivery and it would be the next day. No one called or anything to even let me know. Today was my rescheduled delivery day. They don’t call you and let you know when they’re on the way. One man showed up to deliver a massive KidKraft swing set that weighs 900 lbs. I cleared out my garage so it could be placed in there. He immediately let me know that he couldn’t put it in the garage because he didn’t have the means to do so. That his lift wasn’t long enough to fully get under it to turn it the way it needed to go to get in my garage. They’re not even equipped to deliver things correctly. So he dropped a 900lb swing set in my driveway and now it’s up to me to have a forklift on hand to move it? They don’t communicate and they don’t tell you where they will or will not drop it. I called to speak to a manager and she said there wasn’t any management there. I didn’t even waste my time to call back because if this is how they do business, speaking to a manager won’t help. So frustrating."

"I was there for maybe 10 minutes. The security lady was nice enough to walk me exactly where I needed to go to pickup my shipment, they checked me in quickly, and a guy went out to get my pallet within a minute. I think it took me longer to strap everything down than to wait for my order. Awesome experience, many thanks!"

"Don't ever purchase anything that requires this Logistic partner to deliver it. You will never receive your product on time. The drivers will call you at 10:30 pm at night to ask whether or not they can still make a delivery that had a scheduled window of 1:00-5:00 pm that day. Then you will be told the next day that they can't deliver the next day because your merchandise didn't make it back to their terminal in enough time to reschedule for next day delivery. Well duh! I guess not if my merchandise was still on your truck at 10:30 pm the night before. What an inconvenience this company has caused me. As a result I will never purchase another item from Costco as they weren't even helpful in making this partner deliver my product the next day. I have been waiting on my merchandise since I ordered it on 7/20/2020. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have lost money taking time off work to be home to have my order delivered. NEVER AGAIN!"
