"Staff was friendly for my first time, which they had identified shortly after I walked in, while I was engulfed in fear and anxiety. Technician answered all my questions upfront and during the procedure and was genuinely interested in my comfort level which put my mind @ease. Thank you Marissa. For first timers, it sounds worse than it really is and it is quick! Each follicle is not addressed individually as I had assumed. Regional subsets are addressed @ once, which streamlines the time for larger areas. I am still nervous/unsure if this will actually work but will comment after I have had the full frequency of treatments. Update: I have had 3 treatments so far and I am so excited!!! Marissa is the best and always puts my mind @ ease and performs exceptional quality service while maximizing efficiency. I am in and out so quick which is convenient for those who have kids or work. Ever since my first treatment, I have bought my mom a package and want to do it everywhere.
