"The front desk clerk isn’t very friendly. I asked what I needed in preparation for my appointment and was told nothing. Took time off of work to go to the appointment and was asked a question requiring me to have had prior communication with my mortgage company. This would have been helpful to have known before wasting mine and my husband’s time. Luckily she didn’t charge for the 5 minutes we sat in her office. She basically sent us on our way while I was on the phone with the mortgage company. Turns out, I didn’t need approval from my mortgage company. I made an appointment elsewhere and have received far more help from this assistant."

She may ( or may not) win cases in court but we prefer to spend our money with someone who is compassionate and respectful."
