"DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will not keep contact with you, no updates. If you reach out to them they will not answer you. Everyone rating 1 star, they give the same generic response saying they're "shocked" and to call them so they can "resolve" the issue, but call for what? They don't answer any way! It's been a year and they haven't done anything. I'm literally on hold right now because they finally answered, I told them who I was, and with no explanation, they put me on hold. They're ridiculous and unprofessional. I wish I knew what to do now since this case will never get solved with these clowns."

"I gave a down payment in December and paid in full by January since i gave the down payment there was no communication each time i would try to reach Rick he would say he would give me a call back and NEVER did. This was happening EVERY week i would try to get updates on my case and never got an answer. The attorney NEVER showed up to any of my court dates and my appointed attorney was always asked to show up for them. I asked for a refund and Mr. Huerta told me it would be ready that same week. A week later i asked for my refund AGAIN i kept calling and they just kept saying the check was not ready i had to go out of my way and go to the office for them to actually start my refund. Rick gave me a call saying they would have to STILL charge me 200 for in my opinion doing absolutely NOTHING so i did not get a full refund which was not fair but i just wanted to be done with this law firm. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS LAW FIRM."
