"The PT staff is generally very friendly. Keep an eye on their billing department. They made an error over seven or eight visits they charged me way more than they were supposed to. Be sure to call your insurance and make sure you know what they should charge you because this place will overcharge you for services that should be significantly cheaper if you do not watch them."

"I am so grateful for all the care and support I have received at Classic Rehabilitation after an accident left me with a broken arm, dislocated elbow, severe soft tissue damage to the entire arm (including hand and wrist), and a frozen shoulder. I was unable to write, type or drive a car. After four months of tri-weekly sessions I have regained full use of my arm, complete functionality, and am back to all my regular activities. Classic Rehabilitation is a small office in a residential area, with trees outside the windows and soothing surroundings. The smaller area means that you are constantly monitored and staff are always close by. At Classic Rehabilitation there was always someone available if I had any questions. Staff members walking by are always checking in on you and would always ask how I was doing. They were constantly keeping an eye on me and making sure I was performing the exercises safely and correctly. It felt wonderful to be so supported! I greatly appreciated it. The front desk staff, Brianna and Luz, were always so pleasant and helpful, especially when I was dealing with complicated health insurance issues.
