"Double broker scam"
"Do not do business with this company. They double broker Amazon loads. They lied and said they sent the payment for a load we booked with them and could not send receipt as proof. Their phone number went out of service and they stopped answering by email when we were done with the load. When we call the main office they laugh and say they must have been “hacked” and that they never worked with us. We are currently doing an investigation with the FMCSA and DAT. DAT stated that they have gotten many complaints from this company. DAT shouldn’t even allow them to post loads. Amazon won’t help you either. They got their freight delivered and they washed their hands. The only way we are able to get paid is to file a claim with their insurance which has been taking months with no guarantee. DO NOT BOOK A LOAD WITH THIS COMPANY do not waste your time.. they will not pay you. Super unprofessional and inconsiderate of small businesses."
