"This place was good to deliver my only problem was not really good communication as a driver I wait about 3 hrs just for few pallets maybe the office will communicate better with the dock crew to speed the process."

"Very poor customer service from the office staff. Very poor service from the shipping staff, who put one-third of our shipment on the wrong truck, causing us to have to arrange for another delivery, more time off work, recruiting help, etc. This resulted in inconveniencing the lives of several people for two days in one week. "Company policy" is not a good reason to dishonor a simple request of making an exception. Attitude can change from warm and friendly to cold and stony in a matter of minutes. The only good thing I can say about this company is James, the delivery driver. He is exemplary."

"Hit or miss from the reviews. Only 2 stars. Trying to be nice people, but forcing your views on others not cool. Multiple people not wearing masks and I was told to unload my trailer and be on the property I had to wear a mask hahahaha this is why texas is not Texas anymore. Don't worry you'll soon start having the same problems everywhere else is not being able to get people to work."
