"Have any of you all giving reviews gotten your package yet? I still haven't. I didn't receive a call for an appointment for delivery. As a result, they made a delivery attempt on 11/30/2022 when I wasn't home. I have then made multiple calls to the corporate office to schedule the delivery (no way to call the Houston office) and their response is always "we'll put in a note to give you call." They never call and 3 weeks later - no package. Only use this service if you never EVER leave your house. Maybe, take a leave of absense from your job in anticipation of the delivery. Else, you'll be chasing that package for the rest of your life."
"0 Absolutely ZER0 Stars. Two packages both lost “in Transit”. Also both packages had huge delays while they were at the warehouse just not processed in at the warehouse. NO CALLS on “setting appointment” Told packages delivery were attempted. On days i was not at home to receive them also when they apparently tried to attempt to ship them when im at home. I am awake from 6am waiting by the door all the way til 1 pm as i try to call and email them for information on what time they are supposed to deliver it. A waste of my Time and Money. Now the company that I purchase from is losing a customer/s just because this “delivery company”is not doing what they are meant to do “DELIVER “!"
"This company is TERRIBLE. First off. Signature required packages can't be left at the door and they gave no warning, no confirmation call to schedule delivery. I waited 2 weeks for a delivery that needed to be signed for. I called to get ETA and was told I would get a call to schedule the delivery with 24 hour notice. It NEVER happened. Then at 7:30am in the morning some lady shows up on my door step, without warning, ringing my doorbell REPEATEDLY. Then after causing my dog to go crazy, she decides to leave the package anyway and storms off. AWFUL SERVICE. They also lost a customer for the company that used them for the delivery service. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL."
"This company has consistently received 1-star reviews for a reason. Just close shop. If you can't give some inch of customer service, you should not be in business. I confirmed using the link on the text for my delivery to be made this past Saturday. It is now Monday. Never got a delivery. Never got a phone call stating the date would change. The supervisor of the original delivery service they contracted from has left a voicemail for them as have I to find out what is going on. Unprofessional. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE. There are too many others out there who are willing to at least pick up the phone to help you."
"I ordered a desk from a company and paid for the white glove service. (Delivery, taken upstairs at house for +$25, assembly, take away all trash) Paid $224 total for WGS.. So for starters the delivery was delayed.. No explanation.. Finally get a delivery date and time window. Confirmed appointment. On appointment date I prepared my office for the delivery of my new desk which included unhooking and moving computer, printer, scanner, etc. Delivery company never showed. No phone call, no messages, nothing at all! Called over and over, left multiple messages and never heard anything. The next day after no showing on delivery I was finally able to get in touch with somebody and I was told that the fairy in Galveston had issues and also that the truck that was delivering my desk broke down. When I asked why nobody at least called to advise that they were not showing up I was told that they should have and that he had no explanation as to why they did not. I asked also why nobody returned any of my messages and again get no explanation. Then I was told that they had no ideal when they would be able to be back in my area to deliver my desk. Finally about two weeks later they scheduled a new delivery time and date. Again got ready for delivery and when the delivery guy showed up he showed up as a one man delivery crew. The desk is not a small desk and had to be moved to the second floor of my home. It came in three pieces with a left face, right base, and then the top piece. The desk is solid wood and assembled it weighs over 300 pounds. I asked the guy who was delivering why he was alone and did not have a partner. The delivery guy advised me that his partner did not come to work today because he had court. So I assisted the driver since he was a loan and moving my desk up the stairs and also assisted him in the assembly of the desk since it takes more than one person to assemble it. Then to make matters worse the desk was damaged. When I contacted the company that I purchased the desk from they advise that the delivery company told them that because of Covid the delivery was delayed and also that was the reason the driver was by himself. Even the delivery driver who was forced to make the deliveries as a one-man crew advised me that his company is horrible and cannot keep people working for them because they do not treat their employees good. I really have no idea how this company is even in business because looking at the reviews posted this is obviously not an isolated incident."
