"The receptionist was never friendly. I usually had to wait on her while she was reading. It was very frustrating having my therapist check her phone repeatedly during sessions and not want to discuss what I felt I needed to talk about. She determined what would be discussed. Sometimes she was insightful and did help but when I told her I was losing control over my depression and becoming suicidal she was not helpful or concerned. That was the last straw. The session before that one while I was waiting Dr Doss and her receptionist were discussing another patient where I could clearly hear, and saying she won't be coming and won't be able to reschedule any time soon... then Dr Doss made a comment to the effect of good, she's crazy anyway. Who says that about a therapy patient let alone less than 10 feet away from another patient? HIPPA anyone? Not cool and definitely not professional. Also you probably will not get your full time most sessions, expect to be rushed out. The office itself is nice. But the people aren't."

Therapist gets you in and out - don't worry, you wont go a minute over your scheduled time. She will check her phone numerous times during your session - you get the feeling she has some other place to be. I definitely regret appointments with this person- Received no help and in fact, the session actually made things worse for myself."
