After I enrolled through them I was taking classes wit the polo group nd makin my payments to them after a while I try makin a payment nd mr. Stanley (might’ve spelt his name wrong) told me he no longer work wit ctc haven’t for about a year so I called ctc nd there no help at i I literally jus called them 6 time a few seconds ago nd no answer but there klearly open.. moral of the story is this is they full of shii I kould posibley go to jail all over again because lack of communication on there nd I even offered to pay every all over even tho I shouldn’t have to I REGRET NOT READING THE REVIEWS"

"They will never answer the phone or get back to you terrible communication skills the guy they teaches the class for bip is very cool ...it's the people that work in the office or have anything to do with paperwork and now that everything is done over the phone ..Imean wow I've made 5 phone calls and sent 15 text messages just to pay them my remaining balance ...she responded how much are your trying to pay ? ......I just said my remaining balance responding but not sending me the info that I need this is very frustrating lol but maybe they do teach you a few things I haven't cussed anybody out yet ..."
