Is pompous and arrogant, frequently interrupting me during the phone consultation. I had been on the phone with him approximately 36 minutes, he had me on hold for about 5 minutes as some documents that were prepared by him were not pulled (because his secretary did not relay that info when the appointment was made). He then had the audacity to ask if I was ok if he charged me for the full hour because it was going to take him a few minutes to send me an email with a form... really?!? I will never pay for his services again."
