"Avoid hiring Fast Motion Auto Transport, aka MOVEVOCITY for car transportation – they provide a terrible service. Doubtful? Check the numerous negative reviews below. I engaged MOVEVOCITY to transport my car to another city, promising delivery within a week. Despite their assurance, they couldn't find a driver during the week and claimed my car would be picked up on Saturday. However, their office is closed on weekends, and they lied. I had to hire another vendor urgently due to the delay and escalating Uber driver rental costs. Moreover, they haven't refunded the money owed, well beyond the promised 7-15 business days mentioned in their email. They never proactively updated me on a driver or refund status, only calling to obtain my credit card information. Competitors, though pricier, were more professional – providing real-time updates, quick pickups, and availability during weekends and nights. MOVEVOCITY's unprofessionalism, weekend closures, and lack of communication make them an unreliable choice. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a more reputable and higher-rated company, even if it means a slightly higher cost. One of the worst experiences with a transportation company!"

"Shipped a car through them via SDR Group inc. We had $5000 worth of tools stolen out of the back of the vehicle. Driver was the only person that knew they were there. No signs of break-in/damages any where on the vehicle. SDR Transport driver and company denying any involvement. I know this is not directly the fault of Fast Motion as they are the broker... but they set up the shipment and are doing business with fraudulent transport companies. Edit for more info: The driver knew the tools were in the vehicle. The car would not fit on the trailer without removing the bumper. We left all my snapon tools locked in the trunk to reinstall bumper upon arrival. The car was delivered to an Indy 500 champion race team with video of the car at their shop. They did not steal the tools. Driver is the only one who had access to the tools, and the only one who knew they were there. Picture attached of vehicle with bumper removed as well as the tools that were put in the trunk. I do not appreciate telling me there were no tools in the vehicle. Believe me, I paid for them, I know they were there, and have suffered severely replacing them. Also the vehicle was picked up at our hot rod shop, not just a storage facility."

"I was hesitant about picking a car transport service to move car my from California to Texas. I submitted info requests to multiple companies and Fast Motion Auto Transport was the only company to promptly follow up. From the very beginning, the representative we worked with (Charles Holley) was very informative and helpful. He kept my fiance and I updated through every step of the transport. Fast Motion Auto Transport called to pick up our vehicle as we had just began our move out of California heading to Texas (about an hour away from the original pickup destination). We had left the vehicle at a new pickup location at our friend's house. The representative who called to arrange the pickup was very understanding and worked with us to make the pickup go smoothly as our friend we had left the vehicle with was in LA for the day at an appointment. They were very accommodating with our circumstance, arranging for the driver to arrive for pickup when our friend returned that afternoon from LA. Our car arrived promptly in Houston with no issues. The driver was very personable and helpful. I would recommend Fast Motion Auto Transport to anyone who needs a reliable, dependable, and affordable car transport service. We are very happy with the service we received as Fast Motion Auto Transport made our car transport stress free during our big move across the country. Top notch customer service!"

"Hired these guys for my move from North Carolina to Texas...but only after my original company didn't show up, didn't contact me, etc, so not only was I worried and hesitant about hiring Fast motion, but I was also in a time crunch. I called Rafael and he explained exactly what their 48 hr express service entailed, he was incredibly helpful and informative, I ended up booking with Fast motion and am SO glad I did. My car was picked up in 48 hours and delivered in less than 72 hours, not only that the driver Adrienne kept me up to date several times a day, he was incredibly polite, courteous and very accommodating to my work schedule during the drop off. He explained things clearly and gave me updates. But I was so impressed by the fact that I bought the car on Thursday from a seller in Florida.
