"The worst shipping company I ever worked with. I shipped my vehicle (ML Mercedes Benz) to Malabo with them back in October. The car was supposed to arrive about a month later, it only arrived at the end of December and I could only get it from the port mid January. Once we open the container, my car was damaged. I reached out to them, send them pictures and explained the problem. They basically washed their hands and referred me to the local company. I talked to the local company and they send me back to American Royal. I should mentioned that I paid both companies. American Royal Shipping and their local partner. Now that I have a damaged vehicle, neither one is willing to take responsibility. I can either sell not use my car the way it is and repairs by Mercedes are very expensive, so I see myself fixing my own car and taking the irresponsable companies to court. I will strongly recommend using someone else. This guys are simply after your money. they take no responsibility whatsoever. If I was you, I would take my money somewhere else. I have emails and pictures to proof everything I am saying. I am pretty sure most positive comments they get are from employees or associates of them. My experience didn't seem to be new for the local guys at the port of Malabo. They had seen that before and warned me about the uphill battle to get anyone to take responsibility and here we are today. Just unbelievable."
