Reviews of Centro Infantil Consuelo Lee Corretjer Childcare Center
"I have been taking my son to Consuelo Lee for over 3 months now. We transitioned from another place and we have been happy with it. My 3 years old loves his teachers and friends. He is learning Spanish and everyday brings a piece of art or craft he has worked on that day .The center has been able to accommodate our needs like this month we need to take him more than 3 times a week. The Christmas party was so cute. I feel that my kid is in a safe and caring environment . From the app Lillio you have updates about their meals , nap and activities besides receiving super cute photos."
"I have been knowing this daycare for a long time, many generations of my family have attended. Centro infantil has caring and supportive staff. My son has been here since he was 3 months old. This daycare has been so helpful and flexible with me as my son needs special services. They provide a private space where my son is able to concentrate with his therapists and I'm so grateful with Xochitl and Cuca for being so helpful with me during this process. My son has been improving a lot and it gives me peace leaving him in good hands with the teachers and staff. They are always communicating with me and I like the App where we are able to see report on what my son does during the day. My son loves go to daycare, he loves his teachers, all the time he is happy. Teacher Graciela and Teacher Maritza were very knowledgeable and supportive. Thanks to them my son's development is improving. I recommend this place 100%."
"I do not recommend this daycare at all especially if your children have challenges in learning and behavioral. Since I brought my twins to this location a year ago they tried everything to remove my boys. There was an incident as I went to the restroom and took my twins with me one teacher (with short hair black and grey) got 5 teachers and bombarded me as I was coming out of the restroom with My twins. My twins were not crying or refusing to go to class. As any parent I was confused and concerned. One of my sons went with his teacher with no problem, my other got scared because the amount of people. He came towards me confused. A younger teacher grabbed my wrist off my son and went to snatch him from me as if I had no rights and he was not mine. I reacted but that teacher didn’t stop. I said I was going to call Jose the director to them. Teacher Wilma said she didn’t care because he was her friend. As this daycare had no cameras, no directors or upper management there I was forced to leave and wait until someone came. I called about an hour later spoke with cuca and Cecilia. I tried to explain what happened. Cuca stated that never happened but also said she cannot really say because she wasn’t there. The teachers stood together and said the opposite of what really happened. Due to no cameras, it was there word against mine. Later. That day the HR stated Xolchti kicked my twins out when their staff provoke and created a hostile environment. HR Maria stated I was contradicting myself because my story was different from her staff. Xolchti is very sarcastic when she speaks to parents and laughs in parents face as she feels she can do whatever she wants. I thought this daycare would’ve been amazing but have given me nothing but issues since I went there. Because they truly couldn’t comment on the situation they stated that I was late dropping the kids off and picking them off every day which it was not every day, and that I created the hostile environment. This daycare and the community will do anything to protect their own at no cause."
