"Unprofessional, inadequate service and training. They never answer the phone. Yuri is unprofessional and the company is racist. They don’t have a business phone just a cell phone no one ever answers. They cancel training last minute and then deduct that from your training hours. The truck is always out of service. Training material is poor, some of the computer training is in Spanish or sentences do not make sense. They don’t have anyone that speaks good English. They only use Zelle to collect payment. They are not mindful of people time as they will schedule BTW training 1-2 days out and then require that you come in to cancel. They canceled an exam with the DPS with less than a days notice. I have been treat unfairly and they do not deserve to be a registered ELDT training provider. I will also be reporting this company to the DPS organization. How is it you use cell as your method of communication and then never answer. You get different information from instructors. They use 3 different trucks with 3 different learning techniques so BTW is not standard or practical.. ultimately I would like this company to be removed from the training registry to save other money and time. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau."

"Read the reviews, save your money!!!! I paid Rene the “owner” $350 just for the rental. Never got a confirmation call, text, or email. The day of my skill test I was suppose to be there at 9 AM to fill out paper work and pay so I can continue with the skill test. Well I call him at 8:57 exactly, as I explain to him I have my test today and I don’t know who I’m meeting. He automatically gets upset and starts to tell me the girls make the calls and send the info the day before.. then gets mad because I’m telling him I never received anything. Like what reason do I have to lie. It’s not the consumers fault that he has incompetent people working for him.. Eventually he arrives late, I didn’t get to the pre-trip until 10:50. AND the truck didn’t even pass the pre-trip inspection. I mean you could hear the air leak, windshield wipers didn’t even work, I couldn’t remove the key from the ignition. Overall bad experience. The booklet I received was grammatically incorrect in every way possible. Do not recommend!!!!"

"Do not waste your money here. Their “training” is a 45 minute walk around and the trucks will barely pass inspection. Can’t get anyone on the phone and had to cancel one yesterday because the truck would Pass that morning."

"In this case everyone should take the bad reviews into consideration. This class was a complete waste of money. Try CDL EXPRESS, that’s what I should have done but I tried to go the cheap route. I called for them to schedule my road tests and they told me my receipt expired as well. So that’s $500 gone, now I have to find another truck."
