"Staff has been great. Doctors are supposed to finish their reports and send them after a week. I had my follow up with Dr Randall and after 3 weeks has failed to send her tests to my referring doctor who needs those results for my treatment."

"I really saw this place as an opportunity. I made a lot of bad choices in my past but I did different this time. As a person who is riddled with shame, I felt blessed to even get my foot back in the door. At the Christmas party I felt a part of when the owner shared she once had to survive on Ramen during hard times. I saw how gracious she was in making everyone feel special during the holidays. Unfortunately I learned that all of that was an act when she fired me. The office manager is the only person the owner listens to and that is unfortunate. I set a boundary with the office manager after the first month, no longer being able to handle her constant gossiping and talking about her personal life rather than teaching me how to improve on the job. I tried to be cordial despite her telling us early on to lie if the owner ever asks why the insurance specialist only works in the office Tuesday thru Thursday or when she made empty promises of training us that often never panned out because of her personal issues. The office manager I expected this from. She is very smart and knows her job but has no business managing people. The owner however surprised me. She wouldn't even give me the decency of having a conversation. She blindly believed the lies that were told to her and then just fired me. I really liked it there and set goals for myself to create something for long term. But the truth is that I was never given an opportunity. It sucks walking away from an experience where you expected to be surrounded by wellness and ended up being more wounded than before. But I know my worth and I deserve better."

"I have worked with AR Psychological services both professionally and personally. Dr. Randazzo or Dr. Razzle-Dazzle as I affectionately call her is down to earth and gives me exactly what I need which is blunt questions that make me think. She is reliable and extremely friendly. She is flexible with her time and also generous with it. She was willing to work with me on insurance and payment when things were taking forever with insurance (which she can’t fix unfortunately- insurance companies are dumb) she continually went back to my insurance company and got them to pay!! Which means I paid less out of pocket. My experience has been stellar! Would definitely recommend."

"This is truly the BEST counselling I've received in DFW area. The Staff is fantastic, Amanpreet is top-class psychologist, and scheduling is super easy. I was looking for a psychologist for a while and when I first called AR Psychological Services, they had no availability. However, the Staff took my information and put me on the waiting list. When I called few weeks later, the assistant remembered me and promised that she will personally speak with Amanpreet. Few days later, I started the counselling and have been so very happy with everything. Without the assistant who helped me this would not have worked out. I've never had any issues with my insurance or scheduling and the text/email reminder before the appointment are super helpful. Thank you, wonderful team!"
