"Thieves and idiots!! I missed a number on address given to them, of course they couldn't figure that out (even though FedEx used the same wrong address a week ago and delivered with no problems). Wouldn't deliver. Wanted same cost to reconsign. Paid again. Waited and waited. Couldn't even give an approx. ETA. Waited and waited. I sent someone to go 1,000 miles to pick up at terminal so we could deliver ourselves. AFTER we picked up they said it was in will call and we could pick up. I had to try to convince them, more than once, that it wasn't there anymore. I went through their required red tape to get my second charge refunded, because they never delivered, but they refused. One person said we wouldn't be charged for reconsignment and will call and another said we would. They don't even realize how messed up they are. You find out what people are really like when something goes wrong. do they handle it in a Godly manor or a selfish, worldly manor. They spent far more than the $220 they owe me in time alone dealing with this. I could dispute the credit card charge and probably get the money back but but time, my life, is worth more than that. if you want problems from day one shipping, use Central Transport. If not, use another freight carrier. Your time is your life. Don't waste it. No amount of money can buy it back."

"They discriminate against female drivers. I applied online and went in for an interview only to be told we have everything we need and we'll be in touch but a guy walked in after me and he was actually interviewed. I have 3 years experience and he had 2. Make it make sense."

"Absolutely horrible delivery service. 100% do not recommend and wish it were possible to give less than one star. Ordered a pallet of paper through Sam's, who turned it over to this third party for delivery. After already paying extra for shipping, the driver tried to extort an extra $200 just to bring it inside the office. After refusing the extortion scheme, the driver went through the same amount of effort to reload the pallet on the truck that could have been used to bring it into the office."
