Sam's Club

"Picked up a membership for a deal on Groupon. It's truly you get what you pay for her. Messy store. Empty boxes everywhere. Unfriendly staff not even minimally friendly. Went to food court. Out of pretzels and Ice cream. They said they were closing soon. So they just stop making things a half hour before... Prices are very close to the better competitor. If it's your only option I guess it's ok but rather go to the better competitor. Won't be renewing my membership after the year."

"Curbside pickup staff constantly marks orders ready after store close time to kick the can to next day staff. One would think, maybe they were busy but guess what I was there to get gas and stopped by at the curbside pickup. Of course, my order wasn't marked ready for pickup even though it was past the pickup time. There was NOT a single car waiting in curbside pickup! I called the store with no one to answer the phone lines. You would think maybe it was one off, see other similar complaints in reviews. I have had manager at the same location lie about something not in stock at the store. The only problem was, I confirmed that they had plenty in stock just 15 minutes ago over the phone. By the time I drove to pickup inside the store, employee whom I spoke to had left for the day. Another example of manager kicking the can down to the next day instead of trying to help the customer. Staff at this store do not want to work and managers are among them, typical - you scratch mine and i'll scratch your - setup. Post your issues here as it seems to be the best place to get someone from Sam's care to respond. Hopefully there are enough people complaining for Sam's to consider some change while it keeps collecting membership fees for the services which Sam's and its staff fail to provide. "I usually love this Sams club. But today there were NO carts available. We had to trek back to the parking lot to get our own carts. There were elderly people having to go back as well. This was more infuriating to see. Then inside the store I mentioned to the greeter that this was unacceptable and he smirked at me brushing me off. I’m very close to heading to Costco instead if I see this continue."

"I actually was intimated the first time I came in here. It's been 15 years since I have shopped at a Sam's club. Once you figure out where everything is, it becomes so easy to maneuver around. Plus, I have not met an associate that was unhelpful or rude here. So overall been a great experience and will definitely renew my membership."

"After sharing my review of an experience my daughter and I had with the bakery…I received a message within the hour thanking me for my feedback and advising it would be taken seriously. Within an hour of that response I received a phone call from the manager Elena! I called her back and the first thing she did was explain that she apologized if I wasn’t the correct person and her reason for the call and message. After establishing that I’m the person that made the review…she immediately apologized for my experience and thoroughly listened to the details. This level of customer service is almost unheard of!!! Not only was there an apology and a plan to ensure the issue doesn’t happen again she accommodated us for the inconvenience and the poor experience. I’m a real person that is very aware and conscious of where I spend my money and time and I will continue to shop with Sam’s Club and support them! Hopefully this reviews helps others understand that they care about their customers and our experience! My granddaughter was able to have a cake for her party and we are grateful to Elena, Clarissa and Sam’s Club!!"
