"The number given takes you to an automated voice system that doesn't get to the resources I was calling about (i.e. services, cost, method, availability etc.) I hung up because 1. I dislike systems that don't have the option for speaking a command option vs. Pushing a button. There is no privacy in speak options only. 2. The time it's taking to navigate a subpar phone option system vs. Calling the next best option already pulled up in the search engine that found said business makes me just move on."
