"Will never use FEdex again. I shipped three cellphone from a FedEx store and between the store and this location my package arrived as if it was never touched no damage to the box all three cellphone gone except the SIM cards. The store associate weighed the package how can a 2.5 pound package arrive with its contents missing and then taped it to make it look like it was fine. It’s a shame that companies don’t pay attention to the people that they hire and probably get rid of the employees worth keeping for small stuff but theft is clearly tolerated. Oh and declare value means nothing because they have call center reps who handle the claims and all they care about is the package was delivered. I want my items fedex !"

"This is one of the best FedEx that's I've been to. If you bobtail there you can at least park in a tiny bobtail section that they have if you wait. Inside, they have a nice vending area I think they have free coffee, I'm not exactly sure. But this FedEx is well organized the facility is large sometimes your trailer is on time and sometimes you get there when they're closing the doors overall though, it is one of the best FedEx since I've been to"

"I called in to find out where I could pick-up my package because we were out of town. FedEx woman told me the 8787 Grand Parkway. So I drove all the way out there to pick it up because they said it was still open, it was not. The hours say 24 hours. But that is not for package pick-up. Those hours are 10 to 6. So I drive 25 minutes again. To pick up your package, your supposed to call these phone numbers they have posted, because there's no one there to greet you. I called the numbers several times with no answer. So, I knock on the sliding glass window to try to get some sort customer service. I'm greeted by this security guard that acts like I'm interrupting her day. I tell her I'm trying to pick up a package. She points to the paper and the phone. I tell her that I've already called both numbers three or four times. She just says you have to keep calling it until someone answers, closes the window and walks away. Nice attitude! Not so much. So, I call another three or four times and finally get ahold of someone. I finally get my package 20 minutes or so later. He was nice enough. If you need to pick up a package. Call in and have it sent to any FedEx place but here. There's NO customer service! Your treated like you're the problem and you waste an hour and 15 minutes of your life just trying to pick up a package that should have taken 15 minutes at most. FedEx, this is not how you keep your customers. This isn't the first time, just the worst interaction."
