"Review by Erin, Rafa's wife. Anna was the attorney for my mother in my divorce in which my mother intervened for custody. She charged my mom a lot to treat me like a piece of dirt over the course of 3 years and I still won. The last time she took my "mom's" money was to try a last minute appeal to reopen a case to further delay the settling of my case. The reason? That my baby died of SIDS 13 months prior to this attempt so his Death certificate said "undetermined" on cause of death. Despite this info being available for almost a year, she refiled at the last minute and treated me as if we were on Jerry Springer, using my son's death to take my only son from me. I still won. She even accused me of being on drugs at the time of the death with the toxicology proving otherwise. I have emails of her clearly not even knowing this was fact before she tried to pull it on me. She made constant attempts to delay the case. Considering her retainer plus hourly charge over 3 years, my mom who has always had a toxic relationship with me, must have spent her retirement paying this woman to drive the final nail in the coffin of her relationship with her family. Anna has no respect for anyone and is a genuinely terrible person."
