"I started services with Ms. Lori at the end of August in 2022. I was convinced that I would need therapy for the rest of my life, but I wanted to give EMDR a shot and sought out services with several places but once I stumbled upon her website and read through her practices, I just knew I wanted to use her as my therapist. Thankfully it was meant to be, and she had an open spot for a new client. I will never regret my choice. Now, a whole year later, my anxiety and depression has depleted to the point that I forget what it feels like at points. It comes back in mild waves, but it is quickly fleeting.
