"A relatively small package was sent (from Colorado)to me (Pennsylvania) through Homeland Logistics. The package was marked “fragile. The postage was paid by the sender. However, it got all the way to Pennsylvania and was suddenly placed on hold. They are now charging a “refundable fragile insurance” of $260. They refuse to send the package any further until either the sender or I pay the $! This seems illegal to me. They are holding the package”hostage.” Why wasn’t the “fragile insurance “ collected at the beginning of the transaction or at least made aware of it? I would never send anything through this company!"
