"So upon my first visit with PSY I didn’t know what to expect. After meeting with the therapist and having a conversation it seemed all well. Once I started to have questions, I notice a quick change in behavior. Very short temperament and very dismissive. From what I gathered is don’t ask questions and you’ll be just find. Not a great first impression. Others may disagree."

"Coming in on a sour note. I've read the reviews...wow. I called last month to notify them I didn't have the money to see them for my first appointment. They couldn't wait three days for payment. Three days!!! They reset my appointment for today. I'm coming in knowing they are only interested in money. We'll see how it goes. State representatives need to look into this place and take note of the reviews. Surely taxpayer money can be used at places that actually want to help people. They sure are quick to take your money. Guess they gotta pay for the new building."

"Most incompetent therapist ever. Those below that found it "great" is only because they are uneducated to their actual rights, and not intelligent to notice the vast majority of people here use manipulation, intimidation to prey upon broken people to keep you in a cycle of coming back while having no experience with a good therapist If they were "friendly" it was because you were compliant and, didn't ask questions they didn't want to answer. This place should be closed down"

"My son was supposed to be getting help with behavioral issues caused from him being a victim of extreme parental alienation. While attending for months on a bi-weekly basis the counselor named Paula was unable to properly diagnose my son. The reason being was instead of being a professional and leading with logic and supporting facts. She chose to co-sign with the lies and sob story given by the alienating parent. I had trouble getting documents based on the notes she took during sessions and she lied to me on the phone. Then was silly enough to show up in court to try to sell the lies extended by the other parent, to only be exposed by her own session notes. The judge even snapped on her during her cross examination because the supposedly didn't know anything about the term parental alienation. What a joke this person has a masters degree that has to come from a fruit loops box. She didn't even know my son's age and falsely called into CPS twice with no results because it was a lie from jump. Before anyone steps forward in this office do your homework and fact check whatever Couseling coach so this doesn't happen to you. I guess at the end of the day her mistakes helped me expose what was really going on with my son in court. These people are suppose to help not dwell in the mess themselves. Bottom line Paula is the most unprofessional 14 year experienced person I have dealt with in this field of work. She is just there to collect a check and go home, her biggest mistake was allowing her own personal life story to cloud her judgment which lead to crucial mistakes with my son. Be aware and very cautious I hope this helps anyone who is really wanting help for your child! Thanks, Paula for being a complete crock and messy individual I hope your boss sees this and re-evaluates his decision to have you onboard. You didn't do anything for my son but you being a liar and complete fool help my legal case a bunch!"
