"This is the perfect company if you want to get misleading information, zero communication and smoking mirrors. I was set with a delivery day. I called to confirm the schedule drop off and was told they would be here before 9pm. They close at normal times so no one is available to talk when 10 comes and still no car. No one called to inform me that my car was going to be late. The next morning I call they tell me there are no managers in till noon. They call me back in 3 minutes with a fake enthusiasm about my car arriving at 1pm. So I take off work to meet my driver but he is not here 2 hours after scheduling time. I call back again and I get hung up on because I asked for a manager. I call back and get put on hold for over 10 minutes. This company is not worth the stress to save $20-50. Trust me the peace of mind is not worth it! I am stuck at home and waiting. Not okay!"
