"I have worked in many production industrys , but i have never worked in such a carless and one that has no value towards the employees. To them your just a number if u don't get it done theirs someone behind you they don't know how to manage their people they think by having a high production of items not yet finished is valuable, and then put ur workers in such a stress level to rush wear u get blisters on your fingers bleeding and still ask their selfs why everyone is slowing down, burning out people instead of having great quality and quantity. An still say, "oo well we are not meeting are expectations and are quality", no ac in restrooms leadhand cant see u talking to someone cuz ur not doing enough so he will tell you to do more help out more so you dont have spear time to take a breather. Production keep the items moving and not make a big pile and now rush to finish a waist of time money and miss using the employees in an unfair way...everyone can make alot of items getting the finished product packed and ready to go is the goal!!!
