We sent one fax to this company and got a response from Sharon Peterson, "Stop Sending me these - none of the ones you send have ever worked for me. Get your facts together and quit bothering me???" That is the most unprofessional response I have ever received from a "company". A simple refused - not my driver would've worked. I hope all their employees do not act like this person."

"Booked a truck, was told I would receive call at the end of the day to confirm times. They never called. When contacted day of shipment was told the ground was too wet and they were concerned with getting a truck stuck. They could have called to confirm prior to assuming. There is plenty of good access on site and solid ground regardless of the rain. Now I’m behind schedule because they assumed rather than calling to discuss. Will never use again for personal or business."
"Was employed here for 2.5 years. Great place to work and make really excellent money. Best percentage pay I've ever worked for. It's not all popcorn and rainbows, there's good and bad days and you gotta take the good with the bad, but you will still earn more here than with most other companies. Keep your nose clean, do your job and work hard and you will be very well compensated. I haven't worked here since May of 2015 and moved out of the area and have yet to find a company which pays as well as Texan did, with the same weekends off and home 99% of nights. Some days some people will get on your nerves, just got to take it with a grain of salt and keep moving forward doing your job. Also for customers needing transportation Texan is the best in the Houston area, both by price and professionalism. The best drivers and staff of any company out there."
