"Fair price for a small move but once the job was complete they wanted to overcharge me for an extra 45 minutes when they only went over by 20 minutes and they charged me for a mattress bag last minute, without any advanced notice. If you use them, just make sure you CAREFULLY review the final bill for any hidden charges."

"Do not do it!! We used CH in New Brausfels and it was amazing! Arrived at 10am sharp and worked hard for 2 hours! We drove in to Katy and had 4-6 set with Marcos. Kept him in the loop to our ETA and he said no rush. We arrived and waited… and waited! Text Marcos at 4:19 and no reply until 4:56 when I was told they were around corner finishing up a job. He would have driver call me. Nice guy called and advised at 5:24 that they were finishing up a job and would be there soon. When I asked what happened to 4pm, this nice guy tells me he was just given this job. He knew nothing about it before 5 min ago. POOR mgmt clearly, crew was nice. They worked for 1 hour and 7 min after my husband and son had already started and still charged me full price. Disappointing and rip off!! $307 for an hour and no packing, wrapping, etc . I recommend College Hunks in New Brausfels but would not here. Poor customer service and mgmt. I will be calling main number as well."

"I will never recommend this place. I had a move out to a new residence Rachel went and did the assessment to see how much it will take to do the move out. This was done 05/27 and they did some damage to my furniture and they never wrapped it up. They get there money making more trips since they bring you smaller trucks. I contacted Rachel letting her know that my furniture was damaged and walls and baseboards were damage. And also that they stole a amazon gift card. Until this day she has not gotten back with me. I have called the call center many times to request to speak with a supervisor and they say someone will follow up No one does i have been nothing but patient. Do not hire this company. They are a joke ."

"I needed renovation debris removed from a customer's home quickly. I found College HUNKS online and was able to easily navigate and book an appointment online for the very next morning! When they arrived, the were very polite and were finished in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be using this company in the future and highly recommend them!"

"Called them and got a better price for hauling away my old furniture than the first place that I called. They were much more affordable. Then I remembered that I had another large piece of furniture that I wanted to add to what they were hauling away and they had no problem taking it away too. They would have done it the same day I called but I couldn't meet them till the next evening after work. Their guys were professional, on time and nice. I couldn't be happier. I know I will probably move in a year or two and I will definitely be using these people when I do. I'm telling you now these people give you an affordable price and they were awesome!! You won't be sorry you used them."
